Responsibilities: * Assist the Head Chef in their duties, managing the kitchen brigade and assuming leadership responsibilities. · Leadership and supervision of the kitchen team (in accordance with directives from senior management). * Ensure adequate human and material resources are available to fulfill the role’s mission. * Menu development. * Handling customer complaints and claims. * Work planning. * Supervision of quality standards. * Conducting periodic briefings to support team needs. * Daily verification of compliance with HACCP regulations. Preparation of large quantities of food distributed across multiple establishments. * Leadership and supervision of the kitchen team (in accordance with directives from senior management). * Ensure adequate human and material resources are available to fulfill the role’s mission. * Menu development. * Handling customer complaints and claims within your area of responsibility. * Work planning. * Supervision of quality standards. * Conducting periodic briefings. Requirements * Culinary school course\-certification; Food Handler Certificate (Mandatory). * Knowledge of HACCP practices. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in this position (resort hotels with buffet service, à la carte restaurants, and 5th-range products). * Preferred: foreign language skills and intermediate proficiency in Notes and Microsoft Office. * Control and management of hot, cold, dessert, and breakfast stations.
