Our partner, operating in the **industrial sector (50–60 employees)**, is currently undergoing business transformation. **Mission** Manage, maintain, and develop the customer portfolio within the assigned territory through periodic visits to existing customers and acquisition of new customers, aiming to achieve the company’s established sales targets and contribute to business growth. **The Role** * **Market prospecting and identification of sales opportunities**, aligned with the company’s sales strategy. * **Conducting commercial visits** for the following purposes: * **Providing technical advice to current and prospective customers** regarding our products. * Taking measurements, determining products, verifying installations, and assessing feasibility. * **Preparing quotations and submitting them to the Customer Service team.** * **Tracking quotations to secure orders.** * **Customer retention within the assigned territory.** * Staying informed and trained on the company’s new products, as well as applicable regulations related to those products or the application sector. * **Assisting customers when technical issues or incidents arise.** * Handling customer complaints regarding manufacturing defects or delivery delays. * Following up on payments and/or order numbers from our customers when unresolved by the administration department. * **Preparing weekly reports.** * Other duties associated with the position. **What Do We Expect from This Profile?** * **Vocational Training Certificate (Intermediate or Advanced Level).** Technical education is highly valued. * **Minimum 2–4 years of experience in a similar role.** * **Knowledge of the industrial sector.** * Familiarity with sales techniques, negotiation, and customer management. * **Languages: Bilingual in Spanish and Catalan**, English is a plus. * **Willingness and ability to travel; valid driver’s license is mandatory.** **All this comes along with:** * **Flexible working hours**, 8 h / 9 h start time and 17 h / 18 h end time. * Company vehicle, laptop, and mobile phone. * **Career plan.** * **Real professional development—not just a pretty PowerPoint presentation.** * Offices located in **Rubí** If what you’ve read resonates with you, **don’t hesitate to apply!** A new challenge, within your familiar sector, awaits.
