The position involves joining the on-site quality team, performing tasks such as monitoring production standards, supervising in-line and finished-product processes, sampling, physicochemical and microbiological analyses (bacteria, allergens, salmonella), flavor analysis, and tracking incidents and non-conformities. You will also support internal audits, hygiene controls, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives. We offer a stable project with a genuine opportunity for permanent employment, a salary of EUR 18.97 gross per hour plus allowances, and guided training on internal processes and regulations. Full mastery of all processes is not required from day one, as a structured adaptation period is provided.
