Grifols Laboratories, S.A., a company specializing in research and development of hospital products—including parenteral solutions, enteral and parenteral nutrition diets, and specialized blood bank products—is seeking to hire a QA Technician. **Your responsibilities will include**: Controlling and collaborating in drafting change controls * Attend meetings with the direct Change Control responsible person to assist in describing the change and drafting the change control document * Coordinate and meet with change control evaluators to define required actions without overlooking any activity * Participate in conducting risk analysis for change controls * Participate in Change Control Committee meetings for the corresponding production unit Controlling and collaborating in drafting corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for the corresponding production unit * Attend meetings with the direct CAPA responsible person to define required measures and the implementation plan * Meet with the production unit to monitor progress of ongoing CAPAs * Evaluate effectiveness of implemented CAPAs Collaborating in conducting risk analyses * Be part of the multidisciplinary team executing risk analyses for the production unit * Keep risk analyses for the corresponding plant up to date * Provide support and lead risk analyses directly related to the production process and product **Who You Are** To perform this role successfully, a candidate must be able to satisfactorily carry out the responsibilities outlined above. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, education, and/or abilities required.
