Join us in pursuing solutions for a sustainable future.** ACCIONA, within its Construction Business Line, requires the incorporation of a Project Director for a major international dam project.**Job Description** * Define and execute the project’s global strategy. * Comprehensively manage all construction phases of the project. * Control project budget, schedule, and risks. * Supervise contracts and manage relationships with clients and subcontractors. * Lead multidisciplinary teams in international settings. * Ensure compliance with regulatory, environmental, and health, safety, and environment (HSE) requirements. * Act as the primary liaison with clients, authorities, and key stakeholders. **Candidate Requirements** * Civil Engineering degree. * \+15 years of prior professional experience in infrastructure projects. * Prior experience in at least two major dam projects. * Leadership and results-oriented mindset. * Willingness to be expatriated outside Spain. *We are a company that values diversity as a source of talent and therefore work to foster an inclusive environment promoting respect, belonging, and commitment—ensuring all individuals can participate on equal footing.
