Tailored career plans **Description:** ---------------- From **Talent Services** (Castilla Group), we are recruiting a **Project Assistant – Technical Service** for llaollao, Spain’s number one frozen yogurt brand, currently operating over 400 stores worldwide. **What will your responsibilities be?** * Centrally manage technical documentation for each market, including ice cream machines, technical services, maintenance records, schedules, and associated master franchises. * Be responsible for managing and updating the global machine park database, ensuring full traceability of each unit and its international location. * Act as the key liaison with technical service teams across different markets, coordinating and supporting resolution of technical incidents. * Coordinate the global technical service network, collaborating with local service providers, reference service centers, and manufacturers to ensure effective fault resolution. * Monitor preventive maintenance globally, anticipating potential technical failures and guaranteeing proper machine operation. * Analyze machine performance based on monthly sales figures, proactively identifying the need to replace key components. * Participate in internal meetings and preparation of follow-up reports. * Collaborate cross-functionally in implementing technical changes. * Contribute to evaluating and implementing management tools that improve machine control. **What do we offer?** * Work at a recognized, constantly growing company offering learning, training, and professional development opportunities. * Career plans tailored to your position. * Permanent contract. * **Flexible** working hours (Monday to Thursday: start between 8–9 a.m., finish between 5:30–6:30 p.m.; Friday: reduced hours). * Location: Madrid (Torre de Cristal) or Murcia. * Competitive salary, commensurate with experience and value added. **Requirements:** --------------- **What are we looking for in you?** * Prior experience in technical support roles, database management in multinational environments, or cross-functional project management. * Degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Project Management, or related field. * Solid knowledge of daily operations in organized foodservice. * Ability to analyze sales figures and profitability indicators. * Strong analytical, organizational, prioritization, and holistic thinking skills. * Fluent English (C1 level). * Willingness to travel. * Valid Class B driving license. **REF:25/08759**
