The main responsibility will be handling various products and collaborating across different stages of the production chain. The objective is to ensure every product meets rigorous quality controls and internal standards. Constant attention to small details and a strong commitment to doing things well are essential. Typical responsibilities include preparing required materials, monitoring proper machine operation, packaging finished products, and identifying and reporting any issues or deviations in the process. Ability to perform diverse tasks and willingness to learn new production methods and work practices will be valued.
