We are currently seeking a **Production Engineer** to join a leading company in sustainable construction and industrialized building, as part of its factory production team. What will your responsibilities be? * Plan and coordinate daily factory production. * Supervise compliance with the manufacturing plan, ensuring established deadlines are met. * Coordinate the human and material resources required for smooth production execution. * Monitor production, quality, and productivity KPIs. * Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities in production processes. * Collaborate with Engineering, Logistics, Quality, and Maintenance departments to ensure optimal plant operation. * Manage production incidents and propose corrective actions. * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. What are we looking for? * Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Organization, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. * Prior experience in industrial environments or production plants. * Knowledge of production planning and control. * Leadership, organizational, and teamwork skills. * Results-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement. * Proficiency in production-related IT tools and ERP systems (desirable).
