We are hiring talent for the position of: Product Administrator **About us** At Padelpoint, we are a leading company in the expansion and development of padel. We operate a top-tier club and the largest online store offering the widest variety of paddles and equipment for this sport. Our specialized online padel store distributes products to all continents, offering 24-hour shipping and personalized customer service, positioning us as industry leaders in Spain. **Your mission** We are seeking a person whose mission is to manage product receipt in the system, verifying amounts and quantities to ensure stock availability for sale. You must possess analytical vision and be accustomed to working in dynamic environments. **Key responsibilities:** * Create new products in the ERP and sales platforms. * Complete and maintain product sheets with all technical and commercial information. * Validate that entered data is accurate and complete. * Manage product categories, attributes, and variants. * Coordinate with Purchasing to receive information on new product launches. * Coordinate with Marketing regarding images, descriptions, and content. * Review and update information for existing products. * Guarantee the quality and consistency of the product database. * Identify product information issues and ensure their resolution. **Profile we are looking for:** \-Education in Administration, Logistics, Procurement, or related fields. \-Prior experience in goods receipt, stock management, logistics administration, or similar roles. \-Proficiency in ERP or warehouse management systems, and strong command of office tools—especially Excel. \-Proactivity, autonomy, and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. \-Commitment to information quality and continuous process improvement. **What we offer** You will join a leading company in the padel sector, experiencing robust national and international growth, where you can develop professionally within a dynamic environment and collaborate with a team committed to excellence.
