Talent Services **(Castilla Group)** is seeking a **Procurement and Data Management Technician** to join an established and leading company located in the **Terres de l'Ebre** region.
**What will be your responsibilities?**
* Coordinate procurement processes for materials, equipment, services, and consumables, ensuring operational departmental needs are met.
* Prepare technical and administrative documentation associated with tendering processes, ensuring compliance with current regulations.
* Conduct market research, identify suppliers, and participate in the technical evaluation of received offers.
* Monitor awarded contracts, ensuring compliance with agreed terms, execution deadlines, and quality requirements.
* Manage contractual incidents and collaborate on preparing monitoring and contract closure reports.
* Administer and provide functional support for data management tools and specialized laboratory applications (e.g., LIMS, SINAC, or similar), coordinating with suppliers and internal teams.
* Ensure data quality, accuracy, updating, and traceability, contributing to optimizing information management processes.
* Participate in digitalization projects, continuous improvement initiatives, and implementation of new data management and processing tools.

**What are we looking for in you?**
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or equivalent qualification.
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in preparing and managing documentation related to tendering and contracting processes. Prior experience in laboratory environments—particularly in the environmental sector—is highly valued.
* Knowledge of quality management systems and applicable laboratory regulations (e.g., UNE-EN ISO/IEC 17025).
* Experience with document management tools and data management systems; familiarity with LIMS is especially valued.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
* Competencies: organizational and planning skills, teamwork ability, and orientation toward continuous improvement.
