**Why do we need you?** Mission: Optimize and improve existing processes. Responsible for managing, implementing, and documenting assigned projects. * Development, configuration, and optimization of industrial processes—from conception through commissioning and certification * Analyze and act upon existing systems and processes * Build comprehensive professional relationships with product quality managers to align processes with continuous improvement. * Understand and apply the company’s Environmental Policy. * Follow established processes and instructions within the Management System. * Report any malfunction (environmental incident) or non-compliance with the system that is detected, and suggest improvements in accordance with applicable documentation. * Actively collaborate with the EHS Department. * Interdepartmental coordination: Industrial, R\+D, Quality, EHS. **Is this job right for you?** This job is right for you if: * You hold a degree in Industrial Engineering. * You have at least three years of experience in design and/or management roles for industrial plants. * You possess English language proficiency at B2 level or higher. * You are fluent in CAD software (AutoCAD). * You are available for national travel among our production plants. * Knowledge of automation and/or industrial electronics (PLCs, controllers, etc.) will be considered an advantage. **Don’t forget anything** MAKING THE WORLD A BETTER HOME—this is why we exist and what drives us.
