We seek an experienced professional with proven decision-making ability and business vision to lead this market within our Plant Engineering business line. **What Will Be Your Role?** You will lead the **Plant Engineering** department—both strategically and operationally—and commercially. You will serve as the key reference person for the Plant Engineering team, driving its growth and market positioning within the industrial sector. You will play a pivotal role in defining the department’s strategy, leading multidisciplinary teams, and directing complex industrial projects. Additionally, you will act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring technical, operational, and business excellence across all projects. **What Will Be Your Key Responsibilities?** You will be responsible for defining the Plant Engineering department’s strategy, aligning it with business objectives and ensuring its sustainable development. Moreover, you will lead the technical team—managing its structure, onboarding new talent, and supporting professional development. You will oversee the planning, execution, and closure of industrial projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, quality, and safety standards. You will be accountable for relationships with key clients—ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty—and actively participate in business acquisition by developing and leading technical and commercial proposals. You will also coordinate the various technical disciplines involved in projects and ensure compliance with technical, regulatory, and quality standards—driving innovation and continuous improvement within the department. **What Are We Looking For?** We seek a candidate holding a university degree in Engineering and possessing a strong professional background in industrial environments, with over 15 years of experience in plant engineering, industrial facilities, or factory-based investment projects. Proven experience in managing industrial projects—as well as in managing and leading multidisciplinary teams—is essential. We especially value the ability to act as a technical liaison with clients and to lead technical and commercial proposals. A thorough understanding of regulations applicable to industrial environments and a high level of English proficiency (minimum C1) are required.
