Enjoy spotting errors and maintaining "clean" data **We are seeking a dedicated Order Processing Clerk to join our growing team in Spain. If you have an obsession with detail, thrive in fast\-paced data entry, and enjoy building streamlined processes, this is the role for you.** You will be the "Engine Room" for our European Sales team, covering our largest markets including Germany, France, Italy, Poland, Benelux, UK, Ireland, others. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Warehouse, and Logistics to monitor, maintain, and process all incoming and outgoing orders via SPS (EDI) and Odoo. **Key ResponsibilitiesOrder Management** · Receive and process all orders and quotations via the EDI system (SPS). For manual orders or EDI errors, you will perform high\-speed, accurate data entry into Odoo. **Data Integrity \& Verification** · Conduct "Sanity Checks" on every order: verify that SKUs, Part Numbers, and Prices match the customer’s Purchase Order exactly. **Primary Customer Contact** · Act as the first point of contact for customers regarding order processing. Provide proactive status updates, tracking information, and manage basic inquiries. **Compliance \& Validation Prep** · Prepare all approved quotations for the final 2\-tier validation (Sales \& Logistics). You will ensure all "Master Data" is perfect, including: · Correct EORI numbers and VAT information. · Accurately assigned Payment Terms. · Updated Customer and Warehouse information. **System Monitoring** · Daily monitoring of the SPS Commerce platform to ensure automated orders are flowing correctly; manually intervene when system errors occur. **Logistics \& Returns (RMA)** · Work with the warehouse on shipping logs and tracking incoming/outgoing POs. · Manage the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) process, contacting customers for returns and coordinating with HQ on defective products. **Requirements \& ProfileExperience** · 1–3 years in a similar administrative or back\-office role. We value "clerical IQ" and speed over long seniority. **Languages** · Professional fluency in English is mandatory (working language for European markets). **Technical Skills** · Comfortable navigating ERP systems (ideally Odoo) and EDI platforms (SPS). High proficiency in Excel is a plus. **The "Detective" Mindset**You enjoy spotting errors before they reach the shipping stage and take pride in "clean" data.
