If you are seeking a new professional challenge where you can help transform the energy sector, we are looking for an "**Operations Professional**" to join our Operations team at the LA GOMERA Power Plant.
**Who will you work with?**
You will join the "El Palmar Operations" area of the power plant. This team is responsible for directing, coordinating, and supervising equipment operations to maximize efficiency and availability, and to ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality objectives. **Your Responsibilities**
In this role, your responsibilities will include:
* Operate the unit from the Machine Room, coordinate necessary field maneuvers enabling normal unit operation, as well as startup and shutdown procedures.
* Perform, under supervision of your manager, necessary field maneuvers enabling normal unit operation, startup and shutdown of various units, and all auxiliary services.
* Perform necessary maneuvers for equipment and/or system isolation.
* Operate plants following safety and efficiency criteria, in compliance with company-established procedures and technical instructions.
* Coordinate with the rest of the Operations team to carry out maneuvers enabling unit operation, startup, shutdown, or equipment/system isolation.
* Execute first-level maintenance of the facility according to the scheduled plan.

Minimum requirements for this position are:
* **Education:** Higher Technical Degree (Vocational Training) in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
* **Digital Skills:**
* Basic MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook
* Basic knowledge of Teams and/or Yammer
Additional desirable qualifications include:
