Prior experience in fleet/leasing and customer service will be valued **Description** --------------- **Responsibilities** * Deliver customer service and support, ensuring an efficient and high-quality experience. * Manage and issue certificates. * Handle administrative processes for onboarding and offboarding risks. * Support cross-functional administrative tasks across the business. * Collaborate with various internal teams to ensure proper execution of processes. **Qualifications** ------------------ **Requirements** * Vocational training qualification in Administration, Management, or related fields. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (a skills test will be administered). * Ability to work effectively in a team and strong attention to detail. * Organizational and time-management skills. **Preferred Qualifications** * Knowledge or prior experience in fleet and/or leasing. * Experience in administrative environments focused on customer service.
