




Job Summary: We are seeking a support assistant for office reception, responsible for access control, visitor assistance, and mail management in offices located in Barcelona. Incident resolution and mail management A leading company in the sector requires hiring support assistants for office and/or corporate receptions in the Barcelona area. Locations include Barcelona city, with potential for simultaneous assignments. Our offices are located on Diagonal Avenue with Passeig de Gràcia, Sant Martí, Poblenou, etc. Schedules may be rotating morning and afternoon shifts, with 8-hour, 10-hour, or 12-hour shifts from Monday to Sunday, including established breaks. Main duties include: \- Providing information and controlling access to the facility. \- Verifying and guiding visitors. \- Supervising various areas within the premises. \- Handling telephone calls. \- Resolving incidents. \- Receiving and sorting mail and packages for companies located in the building. * Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role. * Spanish (advanced spoken and written) * Catalan (advanced spoken and written) * Competencies / Knowledge: \- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) \- Customer service orientation \- Effective communication skills \- Professional and friendly attitude \- Problem/conflict resolution ability \- Proactivity * Permanent employment contract * Full-time position
