We are seeking a nurse (DUE) for a residential care facility in Lleida. A permanent full-time contract is offered, with morning and evening shifts (from 8:00 to 14:00 and from 15:30 to 20:00\). Main responsibilities include conducting nursing assessments upon admission and periodically, preparing and administering medications according to medical prescriptions, and delivering palliative care. It is also necessary to validate care plans, supervise auxiliary staff, perform coagulation monitoring (INR), and adjust Sintrón dosages under medical guidance. Additionally, emotional support must be provided to residents, and family inquiries must be addressed. A nursing diploma or degree is required; prior experience in socio-healthcare, hospital, or residential settings is valued.
