This role is 100% onsite at our production plant offices in **El Pla** **de Santa Maria** **(Tarragona)** We are seeking a **Materials Planner**. This is a role with high interaction with Production, Procurement, Demand Planning, NPD, and other organizational departments, responsible for ensuring an efficient and business-aligned supply plan. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop and manage the Master Production Schedule to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of demand. * Analyze demand requirements and align them with the plant's production capacity. * Review and optimize planning in accordance with RCCP processes. * Schedule and sequence manufacturing orders to maximize operational efficiency. * Manage planning changes resulting from production incidents or demand fluctuations. * Lead daily meetings with the factory to ensure correct execution of the plan. * Implement and optimize inventory strategies, including safety stock levels, MRP parameters, and ABC classification. * Analyze supply incidents, identify root causes, and develop corrective action plans. * Maintain and update master data related to planning. * Coordinate the introduction of new products and projects arising from regulatory changes, ensuring milestone compliance and cross-departmental alignment. * Act as the primary liaison with logistics hubs and other functional areas to ensure uninterrupted supply. **Essential Requirements:** * Experience as a Materials Planner or similar role. * Knowledge of MRP systems, SAP (MM), or equivalent planning tools. * High level of English (C1\+). * High level of Spanish (C1\+). * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. **Preferred Qualifications:** * University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. * Additional training in Supply Chain, Operations, or Planning is desirable. **We are looking for a candidate with:** * Strong analytical ability and problem-solving orientation. * Autonomy and ability to work with minimal supervision. * Organizational and planning skills. * Communication and influencing skills in cross-functional environments. * Orientation toward internal and external customers. * Flexibility, adaptability, and ability to work under pressure. * Continuous improvement and innovation mindset.
