Job Summary: We are seeking a MANAGER / ENTITY MANAGER for an organization, with an administrative and managerial profile, to support management and handle grant administration within an employment promotion program. Key Responsibilities: 1. Management and monitoring of Foundation grants 2. Support to management in the overall administration of the organization 3. Supervision of internal processes and coordination with public bodies In order to incentivize the employment of unemployed individuals in situations of heightened vulnerability through subsidies granted to hiring companies, and to promote the creation of stable, full-time jobs, we seek a MANAGER / ENTITY MANAGER for an organization. The selection has been carried out in accordance with the participation requirements of the Grant Programme for the Employment of Individuals in Situations of Heightened Vulnerability (RESOLUTION EMT/3278/2025\). REQUIREMENTS: \*Registered as a jobseeker at the SOC Office, unemployed (minimum 10 days prior to the publication of this vacancy). \*Not having been employed by the same person or applying entity during the 12 months preceding the contract. \*Administrative and managerial profile, with experience in processing and monitoring grants and supporting management functions. \*Organized, responsible individual with planning skills, document management capabilities, and ability to monitor deadlines. \*Prior experience in non-profit organizations or foundations, as well as capacity to coordinate with public bodies, will be valued. Target candidates: Unemployed individuals aged 30 years or older, who must meet at least one of the following criteria: \*Unemployed individuals aged 45 years or older. \*Women aged 30 years or older who are unemployed and in a situation of vulnerability: o Recipients of the Guaranteed Citizenship Income. o Victims of gender-based violence. o Single mothers. This requirement may be verified using the official single-parent family certificate. o Women with legally recognized disabilities. o Unemployed women not receiving unemployment benefits. \*Long-term unemployed individuals aged 30 years or older (unemployed for at least 12 months, continuously or intermittently, within the last 18 months prior to hiring). \*Unemployed foreign-born individuals aged 30 years or older from non-EU countries. \* Management and monitoring of Foundation grants, including preparation, processing, and administrative justification. \* Support to management in the overall administration of the organization, coordinating administrative, organizational, and control tasks. \* Supervision of internal processes, deadline monitoring, and liaison with public bodies and other collaborating entities. \* Preparation and maintenance of administrative documentation related to projects, grants, and internal management. * Experience: 12 months. Administrative and managerial profile, with experience in grant processing and monitoring, and in supporting management functions. Prior experience in non-profit organizations or foundations, as well as capacity to coordinate with public bodies, will be valued. * Competencies / Knowledge: Organized, responsible individual with planning skills, document management capabilities, and ability to monitor deadlines. * Indefinite-term employment contract * Full-time position * Gross monthly salary: 2857 * Additional relevant information: \* Employment of unemployed individuals in situations of heightened vulnerability, supported by subsidies to hiring companies. \* Indefinite-term contract. \* Full-time position. \* Working hours: 9:00–18:00 (Monday to Friday).
