The professional will be responsible for carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance of all machinery and facilities according to the company's established plan. This includes following the supervisor's instructions to perform basic assembly and equipment adjustment operations, ensuring that all actions comply with quality criteria, current safety regulations, and internal protocols. Tasks cover a broad spectrum of technical skills to maintain continuous operation of the production plant, ranging from minor repairs to scheduled interventions that prevent unplanned shutdowns. The role is essential to ensure operational efficiency and facility safety, requiring meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving potential incidents before they affect production. The work environment is dynamic and part of a team where communication and coordination are key to the success of maintenance operations. The position demands responsibility and autonomy in executing assigned work orders, always within the framework of authorized procedures. The company offers a temporary contract with the possibility of subsequent incorporation into the permanent staff. Working hours are from 7:00 to 15:00 from July to November; from December to June, a rotating shift system is implemented between the morning shift (7:00 to 15:00\) and the afternoon shift (13:00 to 21:00\). Official training in mechanics or electricity is required, specifically a Medium or Higher Vocational Training Cycle in Mechanical Manufacturing. At least two years of demonstrable experience in industrial maintenance is necessary, preferably in continuous production environments. The candidate must possess solid knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance procedures, as well as the ability to interpret technical drawings and manuals. The ability to work safely and strictly adhere to established protocols will be valued.
