We are seeking a Logistics, Back Office, and Commercial Assistant to support the company's administrative, logistics, and commercial management. The selected candidate will work in coordination with various departments to ensure smooth internal processes and deliver efficient service to customers and suppliers. Main responsibilities: Order management and tracking. Coordination of shipments and support in logistics planning. Telephone and email communication with customers and suppliers. Preparation and tracking of commercial quotations and proposals. Document management and archiving. Data entry and updating within the management system. Administrative support to the commercial department. Incident tracking and cross-departmental coordination. * Experience: 2 years. Education in Administration, Commerce, Logistics, or related field. Prior experience in administrative, logistics, or back-office roles will be valued. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook. Knowledge of ERP or management software is desirable. * Competencies / knowledge: Organized, solution-oriented individual with attention to detail and strong communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * Permanent employment contract * Part-time position (2 hours \- annual working schedule) * Additional information: Start date: 01/09\.
