We seek an organized and versatile individual for a stable position in the industrial sector located in Fuenlabrada. This is a hybrid role that combines daily logistics management with support to tender and budget departments. Main responsibilities include, on one hand, end-to-end customer order management, telephone and email support, resolution of logistics incidents, and preparation of delivery notes; and, on the other hand, documentation management for tenders, preparation and follow-up of budgets, and support during the bidding process. The initial contract is temporary through an ETT (Temporary Work Agency), with potential conversion to an indefinite contract. The standard working schedule is Monday to Thursday from 08:00 to 17:00, and Friday from 08:00 to 14:15, with a summer intensive schedule from 08:00 to 15:00\. The offered salary is €18,000–€21,000 gross per annum, with immediate start in a consolidated and positive work environment. * Education: Vocational Training (FP) qualification / Medium or Higher Level Module in Administration and Finance, Administrative Management, Business Administration and Management (ADE), or equivalent. * Experience: Minimum 2 years’ demonstrable experience performing similar duties in order departments, and — critically — prior experience managing budgets and tenders (you must understand how these processes work). * Profile: We seek a proactive, solution-oriented individual capable of organizing tasks of diverse nature. * Location: Residency in the southern area of Madrid or easy access to Fuenlabrada is mandatory, as this position is 100% on-site.
