Job Summary: You will coordinate and manage the operations of a delegation, ensuring its proper functioning through logistics, maintenance, inventory management, and fleet management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages the planning and control of the delegation’s operations. 2. Ensures patient service quality and route coordination. 3. Supervises staff compliance with safety and procedural requirements. At Air Liquide Healthcare Iberia, we are specialists in the manufacture and commercialization of medical and healthcare gases. We manufacture and supply medical gases; we develop, install, maintain equipment and propose essential solutions for their proper use. In addition, we have a large team of experts and professionals who have an in\-depth knowledge of our customers' needs. **How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?** By managing the planning, control and operations management of the delegation, ensuring its proper functioning through logistics control, control of patient equipment maintenance, inventory and warehouse management, delegation vehicle fleet management, control of technological equipment assigned to healthcare personnel or installers, and supervision of staff compliance with procedures and safety regulations. To achieve this, your responsibilities will include: * Planning, controlling and managing the delegation’s operations, ensuring their proper functioning. * Guaranteeing service quality delivered to the delegation’s patients, coordinated with all process stakeholders at the delegation level. * Coordinating activities carried out by home care routes, consultations (Inspira Points), and telephone follow-ups. * Inventory management, coordination of warehouse and workshop activities. * Management of the delegation’s vehicle fleet. * Supporting the administrative activities of the center managed by the Regional Operations Manager or the Delegation Director. * Providing and ensuring availability of necessary materials for patient care. * Monitoring and managing reports and KPIs. * Compliance with workplace tools usage guidelines. * Supervising staff compliance with safety regulations and work procedures under your responsibility. **Are you a MATCH?** Education: You are the ideal candidate if you hold a university degree and/or higher vocational training qualification (degree certificate required). Experience: Proven experience in team management (team of more than 5 people) is essential. Other competencies: Strong adaptability to change, commitment to internal/external customers, and leadership skills.
