Description
The main mission is to participate in managing processes related to the employment relationship between individuals and member entities, from an administrative and regulatory perspective. This includes participating in the development and implementation of processes—from hiring through termination—in accordance with the applicable regulatory framework and corporate policies. The primary responsibility is to ensure compliance with applicable regulations within the sector, safeguarding the quadruple sustainability of entities and services (economic, technical, socio-community, and environmental), as well as leading and managing professionals under one’s supervision.
Participate in managing the employment relationship between the organization and professional staff, ensuring compliance with: the legal labour framework, the legal framework governing service provision, and the organization’s corporate policies. This includes tasks such as:
o Analyzing applicable collective bargaining agreements and their provisions, as well as any legislative amendments affecting Labour Relations.
o Managing hiring processes, renewals, modifications, and terminations.
o Drafting disciplinary documents and notifying sanctions or infractions, based on appropriate document management and information handling.
o Managing the full payroll cycle—including entering variables, reviewing incidents, etc.
o Coordinating communications with Social Security, SILTRA, SEPE, and other relevant bodies.
• Legal and administrative representation of the organization regarding legal matters linked to the employment relationship between entities and workers, as well as performing representation functions in assigned areas. This includes tasks such as:
o Preparing judicial proceedings and inspection files.
o Responding to requests and queries from Works Councils and professional staff, maintaining adequate coordination.
o Providing responses and advisory support to area managers and service directors on labour and regulatory matters.
• Attendance management policies: participation in drafting work schedules and shifts aligned with functional requirements and the entity’s quadruple sustainability. Monitoring absenteeism thresholds across various workplaces and implementing preventive and corrective measures. This includes tasks such as:
o Ensuring compliance with the working calendar, leave entitlements, holidays, and absences.
o Facilitating cost calculations and feasibility studies.
• Participation in designing, deploying, implementing, and evaluating occupational risk prevention plans and health surveillance, including managing involved suppliers.
o Supporting the implementation of internal policies related to occupational health and safety.
o Coordinating with involved suppliers.
o Managing training in occupational risk prevention.
• Identifying, proposing, and implementing timely improvements in employment relationship management.
• Managing assigned databases and records.
• Performing other support tasks assigned by the General Directorate.
Requirements:
Basic education: university and/or post-university studies in the field of labour relations; Social Graduate, Labour Sciences, Law, or equivalent qualifications.
Complementary education: in the fields described in this job posting.
Professional experience: 5 years’ experience in the fields described in this job posting.

Remuneration: dependent on experience provided. Annual gross remuneration ranging from €26,800 to €33,900.
