At our juice factory in Mollerussa, we aim to hire a Laboratory Assistant to support quality control of products during juice and nectar manufacturing, as well as to supervise tanker trucks and manage dispatch of finished products to customers. Your main responsibilities will include: * Conducting physico-chemical, microbiological, and organoleptic analyses. * Monitoring product quality at various stages of the production process. * Inspecting tanker trucks and managing dispatch of finished products. * Complying with food safety protocols and current regulations. **Requirements:** --------------- Requirements: * Vocational or higher education degree in laboratory sciences, chemistry, biology, or related field. * Basic knowledge of physico-chemical and microbiological analysis. * Ability to work effectively in a team and strong attention to detail. * Availability to work in Mollerussa.
