Description
**Responsibilities**
* Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, contractual modifications, and other personnel movements.
* Execute the payroll process with external providers.
* Handle labor-related incidents, absenteeism, vacations, leave requests, and working hours control.
* Respond to inquiries regarding labor regulations, collective bargaining agreements, and internal policies.
* Prepare labor documentation: employment contracts, annexes, letters, certificates, and official communications.
* Monitor HR indicators (e.g., absenteeism, turnover, headcount, etc.).
* Maintain up-to-date personnel management systems and employee databases.
**Requirements**
* Bachelor’s degree in Labor Relations, Law, Human Resources, or a related field.
* Minimum 3\-5 years of experience in a Labor Relations or Personnel Administration role.
* Solid knowledge of Spanish labor legislation and Social Security regulations.
* Experience in payroll administration and coordination with labor advisory firms.
* Advanced proficiency in Excel and HR management tools.
* Intermediate\-advanced English level (B2\-C1\).
* Organized, rigorous, detail\-oriented profile with strong interpersonal communication skills across diverse groups.

Salary: €14\.791,21\-€30\.814,80 per year
