At TM Grupo Inmobiliario, a leading company in residential development and construction, we are seeking to incorporate a **Labor Relations Manager** into our new office in **Torrevieja.** **What are we looking for?** We seek a proactive, organized, and collaborative individual who combines expertise in **labor relations and Spanish labor legislation**, along with experience in **business advisory services and coordination of labor cases** within multi-site environments. * Degree in (e.g., **Labor Relations, Law, Business Administration and Management** \+ labor specialization) or equivalent. * Minimum of **3 years** of experience in a similar role (HR/LR) within companies of comparable size (400 employees). * Practical command of **labor legislation** (Workers' Statute, Social Security, employment contracts, working hours, leave entitlements, disciplinary regime, etc.). **What will your responsibilities be?** * Lead and ensure proper **labor relations management** across the company, with focus on headquarters and sites/works. * **Coordinate and develop a team of 3\-4 people**, assigning priorities, monitoring progress, and ensuring quality and deadlines. * Manage and coordinate **labor conflicts**, corrective measures, and disciplinary procedures, guaranteeing rigor and traceability. * Coordinate **inspections** and administrative requirements, gathering information and tracking actions. * Supervise proper management of **employment contracts, working hours, leave entitlements, incidents, and labor documentation**. * Manage relationships with **external consultants** (consultancies and law firms) for conciliations, mediations, and legal proceedings. * Prepare and maintain **labor relations reports and KPIs** to support decision-making. **What do we offer?** * **Competitive salary, performance-based variable compensation**, and social benefits. * Subsidized cafeteria. * **Job stability**, within an established company in the sector. * A **dynamic environment**, with direct interaction across various departments and sites/works, where your judgment will have real impact on daily operations. * Active participation in **people-area improvement and professionalization projects**, directly impacting both business and operations.
