We are currently seeking a LABOR RELATIONS TECHNICIAN for our headquarters located in Barcelona. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: * Provide advisory and support services in labor relations to Delegates and Department Heads to facilitate decision-making. * Represent and defend the company's interests before courts, administrative bodies, trade unions, and internal committees. * Coordinate with external advisors, in cases where services are outsourced, to ensure that agreed-upon tasks are performed in accordance with Group criteria and within stipulated timeframes. * Identify and alert stakeholders, during the execution of the above-mentioned tasks, to potential conflict risks—both legal and relating to employee relations—and proactively provide preventive advisory support. * Communicate regulatory or jurisprudential updates that may affect corporate policies, ensuring compliance with current legal requirements. * Perform all administrative tasks associated with labor relations: labor calendars, official communications, drafting disciplinary and termination letters, novation agreements, etc., in accordance with applicable regulations. REQUIREMENTS * Bachelor’s degree in Law or Labor Relations. * Active membership in the Bar Association or the Association of Social Graduates. * 1\-2 years of experience in a similar position.
