This role is ideal for an organized, proactive individual with academic training in Labor Relations/HR **(Bachelor’s or Master’s degree), and prior internship experience is highly valued.** **Responsibilities** * **Support in HR Administration \& Labor Affairs** * Collaborate in onboarding and offboarding processes. * Support preparation and filing of employment documentation (contracts, annexes, certificates, etc.). * Provide support in payroll incident management, flexible compensation, and coordination with labor outsourcing firms. * Update and maintain data in HR systems. * Provide basic hardware/software incident support in coordination with the IT team. * **General HR Support** * Participate in internal Talent Acquisition and HR projects (communication, culture, DE\&I, wellbeing). * Maintain communication with employees and managers regarding administrative matters. **Who We’re Looking For** * Academic background in **Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business Administration (ADE) or related fields (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree); prior internship experience is highly valued.** * Interest in learning about both **labor affairs** and HR. * Organizational skills, proactivity, and attention to detail. * Strong English proficiency (international environment). * Communication skills and eagerness to work collaboratively in a team. **What We Offer** * Paid training internships lasting 6\-12 months, full-time with flexible hours. * Experience at an international creative agency in the healthcare sector, part of **Omnicom Health**. * Training and mentoring in **labor affairs and HR Administration**. * Opportunity to collaborate on global projects. * A dynamic, creative, and multicultural environment. *Omnicom Health is committed to hiring and developing exceptional talent.
