As part of our positioning as a leading company in the defense sector, we aim to reinforce our Cyberdefense unit with an Infrastructure Senior focused on implementing, operating, and evolving hybrid technology infrastructures with emphasis on performance, resilience, and scalability. What will you do? * Design deployment and operation of hybrid infrastructures (on-premise and cloud). * Administer advanced Linux systems (RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu or equivalents). * Manage and operate container platforms (OpenShift and Kubernetes). * Administer and optimize virtualized environments with VMware (vSphere, ESXi, vCenter). * Design and operate infrastructure in AWS environments. * Manage hardware (servers, storage, and physical networking). * Design, operate, and resolve incidents in complex networks. * Automate infrastructure and configurations using scripting (Bash, Python) and tools such as Terraform or Pulumi. * Perform advanced troubleshooting at system, network, and infrastructure levels. * Drive continuous improvement in complex and mission-critical environments. Don’t worry if you don’t meet 100% of the criteria—we encourage you to apply, learn about our offer, and tell us what you can bring to the team! ✅ Minimum 5 years’ experience implementing and operating hybrid and on-premise infrastructures. ✅ In-depth knowledge of advanced Linux administration (boot process, GRUB, systemd, processes, memory, filesystems, networking). ✅ Experience with Linux networking (bonding, bridging, VLANs) and security (user management, permissions, SELinux/AppArmor). ✅ Experience with physical hardware (Dell, HPE or other servers) and storage (RAID, SAN, NAS). ✅ Solid expertise in VMware virtualization (HA, DRS, virtual networks). ✅ Experience with container platforms (OpenShift and Kubernetes, including networking and storage). ✅ Experience with AWS (EC2, VPC, IAM, EBS, S3) and hybrid architectures. **✅ Networking knowledge:** TCP/IP, DNS, routing, NAT, VPN, segmentation, and firewalls. ✅ Experience in automation and scripting (Bash and Python). ✅ Advanced troubleshooting capability for systems and infrastructure. ✅ Availability to work on-site in Madrid.
