We are seeking an Infrastructure professional eager to advance their career within a dynamic technology environment, actively participating in the management, improvement, and optimization of business-critical environments. The candidate will join a technical team where they can assume responsibilities autonomously, grow as an expert, and contribute to solving complex infrastructure challenges. This position is based in Madrid under a hybrid work model—working some days remotely from home and others in the office, enabling meaningful synergies with your team. Residency in Spain and valid Spanish work authorization are mandatory. Key responsibilities: * Managing and operating infrastructure while ensuring compliance with SLAs and KPIs for availability, performance, and security. * Continuous monitoring using tools such as CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, Prometheus, or similar—implementing corrective and preventive adjustments. * Automating infrastructure tasks via scripting (Python, Bash) and tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation. * Collaborating with development and operations teams to improve CI/CD deployment efficiency and production environment stability. Additional responsibilities: * Managing infrastructure-related incidents, network issues, and connectivity problems in cloud environments. * Defining and implementing security standards—including access control, network segmentation, and regulatory compliance. * Identifying operational improvements through performance analysis, capacity planning, and cloud cost optimization. * Participating in defining infrastructure modernization strategies and cloud migration plans. Mandatory requirements: * Experience in Cloud Infrastructure (no minimum years specified by the candidate). * Professional experience in IT infrastructure operations (minimum 1 year, per provided information). Desirable qualifications: * Advanced-level Cisco Routing and Switching experience (not quantified). * Experience in Data Center Orchestration & Provisioning. * Experience in Infrastructure Design. * Knowledge of cloud infrastructure management (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud), with no specified minimum years. * Experience in IT Infrastructure Operations within complex environments. * Intermediate-level Network Security knowledge. * Familiarity with generative AI and AI tools applied to the role, aligned with Accenture’s commitment to responsible and effective AI adoption.
