**Description:** ---------------- PROMAN Personas ETT Sant Boi is seeking an Import Department Manager for a well-established company with international operations, located in Sant Boi de Llobregat. We are looking for an organized, proactive, and autonomous individual with experience in international trade and logistics to assume full responsibility for managing the company’s import operations. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * End-to-end management and tracking of import orders. * Planning and coordination of international shipments and deliveries. * Operational communication and negotiation with international suppliers. * Coordination with freight forwarders, customs agents, and logistics operators. * Control and review of documentation: invoices, packing lists, certificates, licenses, and customs documentation. * Monitoring compliance with international trade and customs regulations. * Management of Incoterms and associated conditions for international operations. * Tracking of delivery timelines, transportation costs, and goods receipt. * Resolution and follow-up of incidents, delays, claims, and discrepancies in orders. * Coordination with various internal departments involved in each operation. * Registration, tracking, and updating of orders and operations using SAP. * Administrative and documentary control related to imports. **OFFERED:** * Initial temporary contract via ETT for 6 months \+ potential indefinite contract with the client company. * A stable professional project within an established company with international activity. * A position with responsibility and autonomy over the management of the import department. * Full-time employment. * Working hours from Monday to Friday: 08:00–13:00 and 15:00–18:00\. Every other Friday: 08:00–15:00\. * Annual gross salary between €25,000 and €30,000, depending on experience and qualifications. * Immediate start. * 100% on-site position in Sant Boi de Llobregat. * Availability to commence the role without previously scheduled vacation time is required. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** * Education in International Trade, Logistics and Transport, Business Administration and Management, Supply Chain, or related fields. * Residence in Baix Llobregat or nearby areas. * Prior experience in managerial roles within the import area. **Requirements:** --------------- * Proven experience in positions related to Import/Export, International Trade, or International Logistics. * Experience managing end-to-end import operations. * Solid knowledge of customs regulations, Incoterms, and international documentation. * Experience working with freight forwarders, customs agents, and international suppliers. * Knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP. * Proficiency in office software and ERP systems. * Advanced level of English, both spoken and written. * Strong organizational, planning, and follow-up capabilities. * Autonomy and ability to manage multiple operations simultaneously. * Problem-solving, methodical, and results-oriented profile. * Excellent communication and coordination skills.
