Additionally, you will review certain team functions to ensure operations align with the company's needs. ### **Requirements** Requirements Experience in HR processes and HR department management to ensure proper personnel handling. Knowledge of HRIS and similar tools, including their use and administration. Strong communication skills and experience in training to support team development. Ideally, prior experience in the cleaning or professional services sector, along with a proactive attitude for teamwork.
