We are looking to hire an **HR Generalist** with experience in an industrial environment and eager to add value from day one. ### **What will be your mission?** You will join the HR department to support daily people management and labor administration, closely collaborating with various organizational teams. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Attendance and timekeeping management and monitoring. * Coordination and follow-up with temporary staffing agencies (ETTs). * Support in HR administrative processes. * Document management and data updates. * Preparation and monitoring of reports using Excel. ### **What we are looking for** * Previous experience in HR generalist roles, preferably in the industrial sector. * Proficiency in Excel. * Agile, organized, and dynamic individual. * Adaptability and problem-solving orientation. * Strong communication and teamwork skills. ### **What we offer** Initial 6-month contract Real opportunities for continuation Integration into a stable and dynamic industrial environment
