The company is currently seeking an **HR Manager** to lead people management for a team of approximately 100 employees and support the organization’s growth and development. #### **Responsibilities** * Personnel administration: contracts, onboarding, offboarding, and payroll. * Supervision of working hours, shifts, and work schedules. * Labor relations management and conflict resolution. * Compensation, benefits, and salary policy management. * Coordination of Occupational Risk Prevention. * Strategic planning and talent management.
