Your primary objective will be to ensure our teams have the tools and support needed to reach their full potential — thereby driving Prosegur’s success. **What will you do daily?** * **You’ll be the architect of talent:** You’ll design and execute strategic talent development plans across the entire organization. * **You’ll elevate performance management:** You’ll oversee and improve our performance management processes, ensuring they are fair, effective, and aligned with our goals. * **You’ll lead Talent Reviews:** You’ll coordinate and facilitate talent review sessions, identifying future leaders and planning their development. * **You’ll create leadership programs that make a difference:** You’ll develop and implement innovative programs to strengthen leadership skills at all levels of the company. * **You’ll serve as coach and mentor:** You’ll support and guide our managers and employees in their individual development plans. * **You’ll collaborate with HR teams:** You’ll work closely with local and global Human Resources teams to ensure consistent and successful implementation of development initiatives. * **You’ll analyze and report:** You’ll measure the impact of your actions and deliver reports on talent status and program progress. * **You’ll stay ahead of trends:** You’ll research and propose new methodologies and tools in the fields of talent development and leadership.
