The professional hired for this position will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of forklift trucks, both front-end and retractable types, within a logistics environment. Their main duties will include handling goods, preparing orders in accordance with established instructions, and participating in vehicle loading and unloading operations. They will also be responsible for locating and retrieving materials from designated shelving and storage areas, always adhering to warehouse organization and safety protocols. This position is essential to ensuring smooth daily operations and the correct flow of goods, from receipt to dispatch. Candidates are expected to maintain a high level of attention to detail to avoid errors in order preparation and damage to products. The job takes place in a dynamic environment where coordination with other members of the logistics team is essential to meet productivity targets and deadlines. Additionally, they must perform basic preventive maintenance on the equipment used and report any incidents or anomalies detected in the equipment or facilities. Adapting to internal procedures and occupational safety regulations will be a key factor for satisfactory performance in this role. A minimum of three years' verifiable experience operating forklift trucks is required, with proven proficiency in using both front-end and retractable models. A valid and current forklift operator's license is mandatory, as well as vocational training at intermediate level (FP Grado Medio) or equivalent in a related field.
