The operator will be an integral part of the logistics department, assuming key responsibilities in material handling within the industrial environment. Primary duties focus on ensuring the continuous flow of goods, efficiently supplying production lines to maintain operational continuity. This position is essential for warehouse organization, involving the safe and precise handling of various types of loads. Performance in this role directly contributes to optimizing internal processes, ensuring materials are available at the right place and time. Work takes place in a dynamic environment requiring concentration and strict adherence to safety protocols. Precision in storage and retrieval tasks is critical to prevent incidents and sustain high productivity levels. In addition to operational tasks, the position requires commitment to established safety standards and the ability to coordinate effectively with other members of the logistics team. The work environment values proactivity and the capacity to resolve routine material logistics issues, always within defined procedures. A minimum of four years' verifiable experience operating front and retractable forklifts is required. Possession of a Class B driver's license and the corresponding forklift operator license or certification is mandatory. Prior experience using pick-to-light systems will be considered a positive asset. Availability to work and complete the onboarding process in the assigned location is required.
