Description
The Fleet Manager is responsible for the daily supervision of delivery personnel activities, including route planning, delivery execution, pickup management, and strict adherence to scheduled timeframes. This role involves real-time assignment of tasks and resources, adapting daily operations to address incidents or needs that may arise during the workday. The objective is to maintain an efficient workflow and resolve contingencies swiftly to minimize service impact. Additionally, service quality and fleet productivity are monitored, ensuring compliance with the company's established performance standards. The person in this role also ensures adherence to internal policies regarding corporate image, vehicle cleanliness, safety measures, and communication protocols with the delivery team. This aspect is fundamental to preserving operational integrity and the company's reputation. Continuous improvement is another key facet, involving proposing and implementing corrective measures, seeking operational process optimizations, and conducting detailed performance tracking to evaluate the effectiveness of actions taken. The offered salary is €23,000 gross per annum. The working schedule is full-time and follows a rotating shift pattern. The workplace is located in the Cancelada area within the municipality of Estepona. Prior operational experience in fleet management, logistics, or last-mile delivery is required.
