




Job Summary: We are seeking an Operations Supervisor for a parking facility in Barcelona, responsible for comprehensive management—from finance and maintenance to team leadership and customer service—with the goal of optimizing service delivery. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervision and optimization of daily parking operations. 2. Full management: financial, maintenance, team, and customer. 3. Proactive pursuit of new business opportunities and continuous improvement. We seek a professional to supervise and optimize daily parking operations in Barcelona. The role requires comprehensive management, including financial control and revenue generation, administration of season ticket holders, and proactive identification of new business opportunities. Ensuring proper facility maintenance is critical—coordinating service contracts, overseeing necessary repairs or upgrades, and guaranteeing cleanliness to provide users with an enjoyable environment. Team management is an essential component of this position. This includes scheduling shifts, processing payroll, participating in recruitment and training of new staff, and ensuring provision of required personal protective equipment and uniforms. Direct customer service responsibilities include handling incidents and complaints, as well as ensuring full compliance with current regulations on occupational risk prevention, data protection, and insurance. The objective is to maintain optimal service quality and operational efficiency across all areas of the parking facility. The selected candidate will join the Operations Department. We require someone proactive, well-organized, skilled in team management, and capable of building effective relationships with customers and suppliers. Proactivity in identifying areas for improvement and resolving any operational issues that may arise will be highly valued. Higher Vocational Training qualification or equivalent. Residence in Barcelona or surrounding areas. Personal vehicle and valid Class B driving license required. Minimum three years’ verifiable experience in team management. Experience in customer and supplier relations. Flexible working hours. Conversational English proficiency is desirable.
