To reinforce our international growth, we are seeking to hire an **Export Commercial Director/Manager**, a key position for consolidating our business in international markets and driving commercial development for both our fresh and processed product ranges. **Purpose** Your purpose in this role will be to define and drive the company’s international commercial strategy, ensuring sales growth, business profitability, and strengthening commercial relationships with customers, distributors, and strategic partners in export markets. **Your Responsibilities** * Lead, develop, and coordinate the export sales team. * Identify new business opportunities and expansion potential in international markets. * Manage strategic relationships with distributors, importers, distribution chains, and international key accounts. * Negotiate high-impact commercial agreements and oversee their proper implementation. * Drive sales growth of fresh and processed products in international markets. **Education** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management, International Trade, Marketing, Economics, or related fields. * Postgraduate studies or an MBA will be considered favorably. **What We Value** * Proven experience in international commercial or export management roles. * Experience in exporting fresh meat. * Strong negotiation and influencing skills. * Strategic vision focused on growth and results delivery. * Willingness and availability to travel internationally on a regular basis. * Ability to thrive in dynamic and highly competitive environments. **Additional Differentiators** * Experience in food industry companies. * Knowledge of retail, foodservice, and industrial markets. **Languages** * Business-level English proficiency. * Knowledge of a second language (French, German, Italian, or Portuguese) will be considered favorably.
