**Positions Available** ---------------------- 3 **Company** ----------- Tragsatec **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Tecnologías y Servicios Agrarios, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., a subsidiary of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in engineering, consultancy, and technical assistance services in agriculture, livestock, forestry, and environmental matters, seeks to hire 3 Equestrian Instructors \- Equestrian School in Ceuta. **Workplace** -------------------- * Ceuta **Functions and Tasks** ---------------------- * Plan training sessions for groups or individuals. * Adapt training programs to riders' skill levels. * Ensure that activities and training are conducted safely. * Conduct practical demonstrations. * Identify and correct riding technique issues in riders. * Manage equestrian clothing, equipment, and supplies. * Prepare riders for competitions appropriate to their level. * Handle administrative tasks such as bookings or budgeting. * Collaborate in stable operations. * Support and participate in hippotherapy activities. **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with the requirements and/or merits must be substantiated by completing evaluation tests and/or attaching the necessary documentation in the “Annexes” section of the registration questionnaire. The Tragsa Group reserves the right to request, at any stage of the process, documentary evidence supporting the data declared in the application, as well as requiring additional information from the curriculum vitae whenever necessary to verify the stated requirements and/or merits detailed in this job posting. ### **Education** #### **Qualifications** * Required education shall be equivalent to a medium-level academic qualification, first-level vocational training, or a qualification specifically aligned with the duties to be performed (a qualification officially recognized in Spain or an equivalence certificate issued by the General Secretariat of Universities), or alternatively, documented extensive experience acquired in the sector. #### **Additional Training** * Documented certification as an equestrian instructor (This training must be formally evidenced upon submission of the application). **Merit Criteria (Evaluated)** ------------------------ ### **Education** #### **Additional Training** * Documented certification in hippotherapy (This training must be formally evidenced upon submission of the application). ### **Prior Experience** * From 6 months to 3 years performing duties as an equestrian school instructor (This experience must be formally evidenced upon submission of the application via CV and employment record). * From 3 months to 1 year of experience in hippotherapy (This experience must be formally evidenced upon submission of the application via CV and employment record). **Observations** ----------------- * Offer includes: + Fixed-term contract estimated at 2 months, extendable up to a maximum total duration of 9 months, if applicable. + Part-time schedule from Monday to Sunday (between 17 and 30 hours).
