CT Ingenieros is seeking a Linux Systems Administrator to join an aerospace-sector project. **What will you do?** You will join the team responsible for IT infrastructure administration and security, performing tasks such as: * Administration and maintenance of Linux servers (Red Hat and SUSE). * Management of Windows and Linux systems. * Implementation and maintenance of hardening policies aligned with corporate standards and cybersecurity best practices. * User, group, permission, and privileged access management on Linux and AIX systems. * Installation of patches, updates, and security fixes. * Identification, analysis, and remediation of vulnerabilities. * Infrastructure monitoring to ensure availability, performance, and service continuity. * Backup administration using tools such as Clonezilla, Rescuezilla, and Ventoy. * Basic network administration (IPv4, subnets, and VLANs). * Management and maintenance of relational SQL and Oracle databases. * Collaboration with Infrastructure, Architecture, and Cybersecurity teams. * Participation in automation and continuous improvement projects using Python and Bash. * Development of technical procedures and operational documentation. **Requirements:** --------------- **Requirements** * Vocational training in Network Systems Administration (ASIR), Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Systems Engineering, or equivalent. * Experience administering Windows and Linux systems. * Knowledge of software and information systems maintenance in avionics environments. * Experience with SQL and Oracle databases. * Administration of Red Hat and SUSE servers. * Backup management and system recovery. * Networking knowledge (IPv4, VLANs, and subnets). * Experience applying hardening policies and cybersecurity best practices. * Scripting knowledge using Python and Bash. **Preferred qualifications** * Experience with IBM AIX systems. * Programming knowledge in C and C\+\+. * Experience in automating system administration tasks. * Certifications related to Linux, Red Hat, or cybersecurity. * Technical English proficiency. **Will you join our team?** **If you are looking for a new professional challenge in Linux system administration and wish to participate in high-impact technological projects, we want to meet you.** **Apply now and become part of CT Ingenieros.**
