**Director General** From **Fritz\&Muller**, we are collaborating with a Sevillian foundation to search for a General Director. **THE CLIENT** Foundation committed to developing environmental and social impact projects, promoting initiatives based on innovation, sustainability, and collaboration with various entities. **RESPONSIBILITIES** We seek a General Director to assume executive leadership of the foundation, ensuring proper implementation of strategy, operational management, and development of new projects. Key **responsibilities** include: * Leading daily organizational management, ensuring achievement of strategic and operational objectives. * Coordinating team members. * Identifying new collaboration, funding, and institutional development opportunities. * Representing the organization. * Leading the execution of strategic projects, continuously monitoring their progress and outcomes. * Reporting periodically and ensuring smooth communication with senior management. **WHAT WE OFFER** * Stable position through an indefinite-term contract. * Highest-level executive responsibility role, with autonomy in management and decision-making authority. * Established project with proven track record and opportunity to drive new initiatives. * Dynamic environment with direct contact with senior management and key stakeholders. * Opportunity to lead the organization’s growth and evolution. **WHAT WE SEEK** * University degree in Business Administration and Management, Economics, Law, Engineering, or related field. * Proven experience in General Director, Operations Director, or other executive leadership roles with responsibility for teams and results. * Profile demonstrating strong execution capability, action orientation, and problem-solving skills. * Proactive individual with presence, communication skills, and ability to build trust-based relationships both internally and externally. * Experience operating effectively in changing environments, making autonomous decisions and finding agile solutions. * Experience managing teams, budgets, and projects. * Resident in Seville or willing to relocate to the city.
