At Lowcostparking.es, we are seeking to hire a new person for our team at our Manises base, located next to Valencia Airport. We are looking for a responsible, active individual with a positive attitude who wishes to join a dynamic team and a growing company. The onboarding process will begin with a training and learning period covering the general operation of the parking facility and daily tasks. During this initial phase, the work schedule will be 20 hours per week in intensive and variable shifts, with possible additional hours on weekends depending on the employee’s learning progress and retention. Once training is complete, the individual will cover various shifts and support the team during vacations, staffing reinforcements, and peak activity periods, with REAL opportunities for continued employment and career growth within the company, as well as long-term stability in the same position. Responsibilities: * Customer service and reception; providing service instructions. * Managing and responding to phone calls/e\-mails. * Preparing reservations and supporting colleagues’ work. * Providing general team support during periods of higher activity. * Selling additional services and/or products to parking customers. Requirements: * *Driver's license B — preferred.* * *Intermediate\-to\-advanced English.* * *Responsible and punctual individual.* * *Excellent customer service skills...(Super important).* * *Ability to work effectively in a team.* * *Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.* Preferred qualifications: * Experience in customer service. * Experience in problem resolution and commercial skills. * Residence near Manises or surrounding areas. * Driver's license B1\.
