We are seeking a Communal Catering Cook to join one of our residential facilities in Barcelona (St. Andreu area). The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, preparing, and presenting meals for large groups, ensuring food quality and safety at all times. **We Offer:** * Working hours: 40 hours per week. * Schedule: 7:30 AM to 7:30 PM, on long weeks (Monday, Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday) and short weeks (Tuesday, Thursday, Friday). * Duration: Permanent position (initially temporary contract). * Salary: approx. €1,615 gross per month, paid in 14 installments annually. * Opportunity to work in a collaborative and dynamic team. * Join a leading company that values and rewards the effort and dedication of its employees: continuous training plan, social benefits, professional development. Responsibilities * Develop culinary preparations, ensure compliance with defined menus and technical specifications, and implement good practices. * Prepare menus and adapted diets. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure proper organization and workflow. * Supervise inventory of ingredients and supplies, placing orders as needed. * Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations – HACCP recordkeeping. * Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks in the work area, and monitor the use of machinery, materials, and utensils. * Train new team members on cooking practices and company procedures.
