Comprehensive sales management and customer portfolio management. We are looking for a Sales Representative to represent a leading agricultural machinery company in Fondarella. If you are passionate about the agricultural sector and enjoy direct customer interaction, this is an opportunity to join a solid and continuously expanding company. Responsibilities will include representing agricultural machinery sales in the assigned area, daily use of CRM and marketing tools to achieve commercial objectives. You will conduct customer visits to present products and services, manage the existing customer portfolio, and acquire new potential customers. You will provide personalized advisory services, negotiate contracts, and manage financing options to facilitate purchases. Equipment demonstrations and post-sale follow-up regarding performance and customer satisfaction will also be carried out. Additionally, you must stay informed about competitors’ activities and agricultural market trends, reporting this information to management. The working schedule will be full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with split shifts and legally mandated breaks. * Minimum one year of experience in sales, commercial activity, and customer service. \* We seek a person capable of conveying trust and approachability to customers. Knowledge of agricultural machinery and farming practices. Familiarity with John Deere products and their competitors. Ability to analyze and interpret internal reports. Proximity to the workplace is desirable. * Valid driver’s license category B for commercial visits. \- Proficiency in common computer applications, internet, and commercial tools.
