Would you like to join our team and participate in an aerospace-sector project within a dynamic team focused on procuring materials for one of the industry’s most prominent companies?
What will you do on the project?
* Administrative support in managing service contracts with clients, coordinated with the PMO office.
* Tracking project progress, including material deliveries and control of required documentation.
* Monitoring customer receivables and supporting implementation of actions to reduce them.
* Managing and controlling documentation required prior to the billing and collections process.
* Tracking deliveries of spare parts and repairs.
* Preparing periodic reports for the department.
* Creating and tracking purchase requisitions.

What are we looking for?
To thrive in this role, you should be comfortable with:
* Experience in similar administrative tasks.
* Experience in SAP or another ERP system.
* English (fluent, B2/C1\)
