The position involves performing assembly and storage tasks in an industrial production environment. Key activities include material handling, using manual and electric tools such as drills and riveting machines, and participating in the assembly process of furniture and other products. Proficiency in operating internal transport equipment—such as forklifts and overhead cranes—is essential to feed production lines and store materials according to established technical specifications. Another critical task is reading and interpreting technical drawings, which serve as guidance for the manufacturing process and for making necessary adjustments, thereby ensuring correct task execution. Additionally, quality self-inspections must be carried out using appropriate measuring tools, guaranteeing that final products meet required standards. Staff must maintain a high level of organization and precision in all tasks to ensure efficiency and safety in the workplace. Proper time management and effective use of available resources are key to smooth production line operation. This role demands a proactive attitude and the ability to adapt to various tasks based on current needs—whether acting as an assembly laborer or warehouse assistant when not operating specific machinery. Work takes place in a dynamic environment where teamwork and collaboration are fundamental to achieving production targets. The company provides initial training to familiarize staff with processes and equipment, ensuring all workers possess the necessary knowledge to perform their duties safely and effectively. The employment contract will be signed directly with the company. A fully free company bus service is provided for commuting, along with medical services. Working hours include an initial two-week training period on rotating morning and afternoon shifts; thereafter, a permanent schedule will be assigned—either rotating morning/afternoon shifts or a fixed night shift, depending on operational requirements. Shifts are 8 hours long: morning shift from 07:00 to 15:00, afternoon shift from 15:00 to 23:00, and night shift from 23:00 to 07:00. Applicants must hold Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO) and have at least one year of experience in similar roles within an industrial setting. Manual precision and dexterity, problem-solving ability, and strong attention to detail are mandatory. Holding a valid forklift operator license is considered a positive asset, though not strictly required.
