Advisor ### **Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Success, Advisory, Client Consulting, or similar roles, managing accounts and supporting clients in using digital solutions.** **Job Title:** Position in the Customer Experience area to support our clients in implementing and developing Happÿdonia’s software, helping them maximize platform value, foster engagement, and ensure an outstanding experience that drives customer loyalty and business growth. **Minimum Education:** Preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or related fields. **Languages:** Spanish, English C1 or equivalent. Additional languages are valued. **Other Skills:** Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot or others), Office 365, and adaptability to new technological tools is desirable.
